Branding yourself is important. It allows for recognition by past and current clients, but it also gives consistency to those who are potential clients. The more times they see it the more it becomes something they can recall.

 

One way to keep your brand in front of your clients is to customize your conference room.

As you know, when you log into your FaceToFaceGlobal conference room a web page appears with the header graphic welcoming you to the conference room. We have that page set up by default and you are always welcome to use it. However, you can change it.

 

You can create your own page that will appear each time someone comes into your conference room.

Simply choose or create a web page that reflects the information you wish to promote. Do you want them to hear music and see a welcome message, then create a web page that has a music loop and a text welcome message. Do you want them to see a picture of you and a brief welcome message, then create a page displaying that.

Then to display it in your conference room log in to your operator account here.https://www.facetofaceglobal.com/application.php

Click "Set Custom Branding Options" and enter the new url of the page you have created in the "Splash Page URL" box.

Now when you log into your conference room you will see the new background.

You can change this as many times as you like. You have control. So go ahead and brand yourself!
